At 08:30 am our guide will meet you at your hotel lobby in Shanghai downtown area and then start this one day tour with Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Hall. Themed with “city, human, environment, development”, the exhibition hall presents the city’s past and future from all-sided aspects. The next stop will be Yuyuan Garden which was built in the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). 

After lunch in a local restaurant, you will take a walk in Yuyuan Market, a bustling place where you will meet some century-old restaurants, interesting souvenirs, and many authentic local snacks. Next you will pay a visit to Nanjing Road. After the relaxing walking, you will head to Xintiandi, a great place for leisure and amusement where you will meet rows of shops and bars transformed from Shikumen houses. At last you will wander in the Bund to appreciate beauty of this area and then board a ship to have a Huangpu River Cruise. You will pass by 26 various buildings of different architectural styles including Gothic, Baroque, Romanesque, Classicism and the Renaissance. They are symbols of Shanghai’s past. 

After the tour, we will escort you back to hotel around 5:00-6:00 pm.
