At around 06:10 our driver in Xian will meet you in your hotel lobby and transfer you to North Xian Railway Station to catch D2671 (07:42-09:24) to Tianshui (We will book the train ticket and send to your hotel in advance). Please get off the train at Tian Shui Nan Station. Then our local guide and driver will greet you at the train exit. Then you will be transferred to visit the Maiji Grottoes which is 26km to the train station. The first grottoes here were excavated during the Hou Qin Period (384-417). And in the later dynasties more grottoes were excavated with development of Buddhism. In June 2014 Maiji Grottoes was evaluated as a world cultural heritage. There are 194 caves and about 7800 Buddha statues preserved in the grottoes. Among all famous Buddhist grottoes in China this grottoes is of the most scenic landscape.

After Lunch you will pay a visit to Fuxi Temple. Fuxi is one of the Three Great Emperors in Chinese legendary. He is also one of the ancestors of Chinese nation. The existed architecture was built in the late Qing Dynasty. In the temple you will get some basic prehistoric age information of China.

After the visiting, you will be escorted to Tian Shui Nan Station to take D2696 (18:01-19:47) or similar train back to Xian. Our driver in Xian will meet you at train exit by holding the name board and then transfer you back to hotel.
