From USD $71.00
  • Duration: 8 Hours (approx.)
  • Location: Beijing, Beijing
  • Product code: CXT049
At 8:00 am our guide and driver will greet you at your hotel in Beijing downtown area. First we will drive to visit the Ming Tombs, the underground palace of Dingling (one of the 13 Ming Dynasty imperial Mausoleums). Dingling Tomb is the tomb of Emperor Shenzong, Zhuyijun, who reigned 48 years, the longest one among all Ming emperors.

After lunch, we will move to visit Badaling Great Wall, the most famous and the best-preserved section of Chinese Ming Dynasty Great Wall. The mountain slope is very steep and the roads are tortuous, which makes it an important military stronghold in ancient time. The wall is like a strong dragon winding its way along the mountain ranges. If hiking is too much for you, cable car is available and optional. On the way back to city area, we will make a stop at Bird’s Nest and Water Cube to pay an outer visit and take some pictures. After visiting, you will be escorted back to your hotel in Beijing city area at around 5:00 pm.
