Our English speaking tour guide will pick you up from the hotel lobby in the morning. Then transfer you to the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses which locates at east suburb of Xian. Known as “the eighth Wonders of the world”, the museum shows a surprisingly high level in sculpture, which is the most significant discovery of the 20th century. The splendid scene and format will leave you an impressive memory.
Next, you will come back to Xian downtown area for the other highlight: Big Wild Goose Pagoda, a well-preserved ancient building and a holy place for Buddhists. It was built to hold sutras and figurines of the Buddha that were brought to China from India by the Buddhist translator and travelers Xuanzang.
The last stop today is the Xian Ancient City Wall. It is the most completely preserved and the largest city wall in China. It was built for the military defense in the Ming Dynasty. visitors can optionally ride a bike on the city wall (cost on your own).
Today’s tour ends here and the guide and driver will escort you back to hotel.
